- 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix 99g
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add in your softened butter, white and brown sugar, vanilla extract and egg and mix together.
Once the butter, egg, vanilla extract and sugars are creamed together, add in all your dry ingredients. Combine together until dough is formed.
Roll your cookies into balls and lay on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes or until the edges are browned.
