Peanut Butter Coconut Energy Balls
Peanut Butter Coconut Energy Balls are delicious, bite-sized snacks blending rich peanut butter, sweet coconut, and oats for a perfect, healthy, on-the-go treat.

Chill 2 hours hrs
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips or as much as you'd like <3
- 3 Tbsp Honey
In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well until well combined.
Roll into bars or balls and store in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
