Peanut Butter Coconut Energy Balls are delicious, bite-sized snacks blending rich peanut butter, sweet coconut, and oats for a perfect, healthy, on-the-go treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips or as much as you'd like <3
  • 3 Tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well until well combined.
  • Roll into bars or balls and store in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Eat and enjoy!
