Preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out your pie crust and use a heart shaped cookie recipe to cut out as many hearts as you can. Each pie will use 2 hearts!
Place half the pie crust hearts on a baking sheet and add in a small spoon of cherry filling in the middle.
Next, on the rest of the pie crusts, either cut a small X on the top to let the pie cook evenly or like in my photos, take a smaller heart cutter and cute small hearts inside.
Next, add the second pie crust on top and use a fork to seal all the edges.
