Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

- 6-8 Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 Cup Pineapple fresh, sliced in chunks
- 1/2 Sweet Onion sliced in chunks
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- Pepper as much as you'd like <3
Preheat your oven to 400F and prepare a sheet pan to use.
On your sheet pan, add your chicken thighs, pineapple, and onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together your soy sauce, ketchup, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, rice vinegar and pepper.
Pour the sauce mixture in the sheet pan along with the chicken, pineapple, and onion and mix together until everything is fully coated in the sauce and evenly spread on the pan.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F!
Serve over a bed of hot white rice and enjoy!
