Ground Pork Stuffed Peppers
Ground Pork Stuffed Peppers are a savory and satisfying dish, featuring flavorful ground pork, rice and sweet bell peppers for a hearty, delicious meal.

- 4 Bell Peppers de-seeded, cut in halves
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g Ground Pork
- 1 1/2 Cup White Rice cooked
- 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 Small Onion minced
- 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheese 1/4 in stuffing, rest on top of each pepper
In a small sauce pot on medium-high heat, add in your oil, garlic and onions and saute for 2 minutes until garlic and onions are translucent.
Next, add in your ground pork, tomato paste and chicken bouillon powder and cook until the pork is fully cooked through and brown.
Once the meat is cooked, add in your rice and combine everything together until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the rice is a nice even red colour.
Lastly, add in your cheese and give it one more mix.
Preheat your oven to 400F and prepare a large baking tray.
Scoop the mixture into each bell pepper half until they are filled to the top and sprinkle cheese on each one.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
