- 1 Package Shrimp about 400-500g, peeled, cleaned and dried
- 1 Can Coconut Milk 400g
- 1 Lime squeezed
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 Sweet Onion roughly chopped
- 3 Green Onions roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
In a small saucepan on medium-high heat, add in your olive oil.
Next, add in your onion and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Once your onion and garlic is fragrant, add in your shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Squeeze in your lime juice, add in your fish sauce, and dump your can of coconut milk in the sauce pot.
Let simmer for 3-5 minutes then lastly add in your green onions.
Prepare a bed of white rice, pour creamy coconut lime shrimp on top and enjoy!
