Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Shrimp about 400-500g, peeled, cleaned and dried
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk 400g
  • 1 Lime squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 Sweet Onion roughly chopped
  • 3 Green Onions roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan on medium-high heat, add in your olive oil.
  • Next, add in your onion and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  • Once your onion and garlic is fragrant, add in your shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Squeeze in your lime juice, add in your fish sauce, and dump your can of coconut milk in the sauce pot.
  • Let simmer for 3-5 minutes then lastly add in your green onions.
  • Prepare a bed of white rice, pour creamy coconut lime shrimp on top and enjoy!
