- 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 2/3 Cup 2% Milk
- 1 Package Jell-O Chocolate Pudding Mix 113g
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a greased (oil or butter) loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add your sugar, eggs, and butter and mix well together.
Next, add in your milk, chocolate pudding mix, baking powder, and salt and mix together again.
Lastly, slowly add in your flour and fold the batter one last time. Once everything is mixed well and there are no clumps of flour, fold in your chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes or until when you poke a toothpick in the middle of the loaf, it comes out clean!
