In 2 separate bowls, add in 1 bar of dark chocolate and 1 bar of white chocolate then melt them in the microwave at 30 sec intervals or on the stove.
Once the chocolate is melted, add in 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract into each bowl and melt together.
Grab a baking sheet lined with parchment and pour the chocolate slowly and create swirls. Try not to over-mix it so it doesn't combine into one and you get swirls of white chocolate and dark chocolate in each bite.
Topped with the crushed candy canes on top and place in fridge for 20 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes or until hardened.
