Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a greased (oil or butter) loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add your sugar, eggs, and butter and mix well together.
Next, add in your milk, lemon pudding mix, baking powder, and salt and mix together again.
Lastly, slowly add in your flour and fold the batter then add in your smashed and whole blackberries to fold in one last time. Pour into your loaf pan and add a few remaining blackberries on top.
Once everything is mixed well and there are no clumps of flour, bake in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes minutes or until when you poke a toothpick in the middle of the loaf, it comes out clean!
