HERE IS HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN DEVILED EGGS:
WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?
You can find the ingredients to make deviled eggs anywhere! Honestly, the main thing for this is really eggs, mayonnaise and orange food colouring. You can customize the seasonings as much as you’d like! There have been times when I just wing the seasoning and use what I have on hand!
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients that make these delicious pumpkin deviled eggs are:
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Pickle Juice
- Dried Parsley
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Orange Food Colouring
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chive Stems
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
No special equipment is used to make these pumpkin-deviled eggs! You will need some mixing bowls to mix together the filling as well as some measuring spoons if you want to be very particular with the measurements! I normally just use a fork to mash but I find that using a specific masher makes the mixture super smooth!
CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?
Of course, you can substitute/add whatever you’d like to this recipe! I’ve made deviled eggs a bunch of times in the past and I have added some bacon which was super delicious and extra decadent.
You can add in some grated veggies or add in some greek yogurt for protein! As always the seasonings can always be customized to your preferences so feel free to add in what your heart desires! If you love mayonnaise, you’ll love this! If not, there are alternatives like sour cream or really anything that is full fat and creamy!
WHAT DO PUMPKIN DEVILED EGGS TASTE LIKE?
If you’ve ever had deviled eggs before then you know that it is basically like an egg salad sandwich but without the bread. A timeless appetizer that’s known for at parties that people enjoy and these are simply a cute pumpkin-shaped version of them!
HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?
These pumpkin-deviled eggs actually keep well for a long time! As soon as you store it in the fridge, I’ve eaten up to four days! Just ensure that your eggs, mayonnaise and ingredients are well within the expiration date and that they are stored in an airtight container.
INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?
I absolutely love deviled eggs as I’ve mentioned in this post so I make them often. My family also loves eggs so this is always a hit. I usually prepare them for Easter or a summer BBQ but I recently tried these pumpkin ones and now I’ve already made a few batches because they are so stinking cute!
ANY OTHER NOTES?
No other notes for this one! I am absolutely obsessed with them and I know I’ll be making them for years and years to come.
