Are you a pickle person? I’m a pickle girl through and through and I knew I needed to make a recipe with pickles in them!
I kept trying to think of an easy pickle recipe but also something that I knew would be a little bit different and weird and ta-da: Pickle Alfredo Pasta was created!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE PICKLE ALFREDO PASTA:
WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients to make this delicious Pickle Alfredo can be found anywhere! Use your favourite brand of cream, mozzarella cheese, butter, dill, garlic and pickles of course!
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients to make this Pickle Alfredo pasta are::
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1/4 Cup Pickle Juice
- 4 Mini Garlic Dill Pickles
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
- Salt (To Taste)
- Pepper (To Taste
- 2 Servings of Cooked Pasta of choice
CAN I SUB/ADD ANYTHING OUT?
So, this recipe really only uses exactly what the dish is in terms of ingredients which are both pickle and alfredo components but if you’d like to make it dairy or vegan, you can absolutely swap the cheese and cream but aside from that, I would keep it as is!
WHAT DOES PICKLE ALFREDO PASTA TASTE LIKE?
I genuinely love this pasta and I find that the dill taste cuts through the creamy and heavy feeling! Both flavours work really well in my opinion and I love making this for my fellow pickle lovers in my life!
HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?
I would really only make enough for whoever is eating it at the time. I find that this pasta is super delicious, cheesy, tangy and creamy while it’s fresh and when it’s been in the fridge, it’s not the same!
INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS DISH?
My inspirations for this dish really just came from a pickle-loving gal! I love pickles and really wanted to think of a dish that I could incorporate pickles in as well!
I’ve only ever had fried pickles or pickles as a condiment but not something in an entirely re-created dish so I’m in love with this one!
ANY OTHER NOTES?
No other notes for this recipe. I hope all you pickle lovers out there get to try this and enjoy it!
