All of these tips will fall into the category of personal development and will be a process and you’ll need to be willing to shift your mindset and make this positive change in your life!
HERE ARE THE STEPS TO TAKE TO VISUALIZE YOUR HIGHEST SELF DAILY:
Get out of bed knowing that every day is a fresh start
I’m not going to sugarcoat it. There are days where life just seems to be at the worst or you’ve maybe felt like you’ve hit rock bottom. I get it and I feel those days too but just know that every day is a fresh start. I’m not saying it’ll immediately get better but we can work on taking small steps to make things better every day.
Just because you’re having a few bad days does not equal a bad life and chances are there are people on the same boat as you who are struggling to get through it! One thing that I love to do is dress for success the following day if I was having a bad day previously! Putting on a fresh outfit with some accessories like necklaces, bracelets, rings and a gorgeous pair of shoes really puts me in the right mindset!

Take all challenges and opportunities that come your way
I’m a firm believer in taking on challenges and opportunities because every experience that we encounter in life takes shape into who we are. Experiencing a range of things makes you wiser and brings you a step closer to knowing what you want in life and where you want to be.
In the past, I have been known to take on every opportunity that comes my way and I’ve had lots of heartbreak and also lots of success. I wouldn’t be where I am without all of that trial and error!
If an opportunity comes knocking on your doorstep, it’s meant for you to make the decision that best suits your needs and although it is okay to set boundaries and know what works best with your time and energy, challenges and new experiences go a long way into being your highest self!

Proudly say affirmations and truly believe that you embody them
As cliche as this may sound, I love reading and looking at affirmations and motivational quotes. Part of how I became so confident in my daily life is by truly believing that I am what I do and say.
I keep my favourite affirmations and quotes visible to me at all times by hanging them in my office, making it my phone background and just wherever I can. When I’m feeling down, I remember exactly what resonates with me and truly think about them and say them out loud.
These are some of my favourite affirmations and I’ve made them into a printable! If you haven’t signed up for my email list, be sure to have complete access to all my FREE printables that I love!

Time block for yourself and needs
I used to be the most insane people pleaser. I would go out of my way to do things for people and to make sure that they are being taken care of. It’s taken me a while to finally realize that it’s important for me to prioritize myself and make sure that I’m taking care of myself before others.
You know when you get on a plane and they say to put on your oxygen mask before you help others. This is the exact same thing! I’ve learned to turn down plans even if I just planned to chill at home and watch movies because that’s what I need and is what is right for me.
By doing this, it allows me to be the best I can be and also still be the best I can be for my loved ones in my life.
Constantly look towards what you/where you want to be in life
I would say that I’m both a planner and also a spontaneous person. I like to see the big picture but am flexible in every other aspect of my life. I see what I want in my life and for my future and always think in the back of my mind that that’s what I’m aiming for.

Once you decide what you truly want in life and where you want to be, center all your decision-making towards this. It’s going to take sacrifice if you’re wanting something more than you have currently and that’s just the process! Remember it’s a long-term reward!
I hope you enjoyed reading this post on How To Visualize Your Highest Self Daily. Remember that anything worth having takes time and being the best that you can be for yourself and your other relationships start with your own personal love and development.
I’m currently still working on being the best that I can be but I’m proud to say that everything that I’ve accomplished so far is because of the steps I listed above and I have never been happier!

Lynn

Thank you for such a great list! Honestly, I think my biggest area of development is treating everyday as a new start. I typically wake up and say something along the lines of “well I didn’t finish that yesterday” and it instantly bums me out. So I definitely need to work on this!
