High protein foods is so important if you’re working on building and preserving muscle as well as strength! I started my wellness journey about a year ago and I didn’t start taking my protein intake seriously until a couple of months ago!

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients to make this delicious high protein ranch can be found anywhere! I usually buy a big container of plain Greek yogurt from Costco! There are many different brands of greek yogurt to choose from! I like to use hidden valley ranch seasoning packets but use any ranch seasoning that you prefer. Like the Greek yogurt, there is also many different brands of ranch seasoning.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients for this high protein dip are:
- Ranch Seasoning
- High Protein Greek Yogurt
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
The recipe is super easy whether you make a large batch or small batches whenever you want it. I like to make a large batch then use little sauce containers to portion them out so that way I always know how much I’m consuming! For this recipe, all you’ll need is a spoon and a bowl!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?
Since this recipe is super simple and has only 2 ingredients, there isn’t much to substitute! You can however, add in some things to spruce it up!
Here are some ideas you can try to tweak the recipe!
- Adding some buffalo sauce or hot sauce of your choice
- Adding in some blended cottage cheese for an additional light cheesy flavour
- Adding some minced garlic
- Adding in some herbs like parsley, dill, cilantro etc!
WHAT DOES HIGH PROTEIN 2 INGREDIENT RANCH DIP TASTE LIKE?
I’m not going to lie to you and say this ranch dip tastes like it’s from Wingstop. This ranch dip definitely tastes healthy and not like the ranch dip we come to know and love however, if wellness and health is something that you’re prioritizing, we have to come to terms that we need to make swaps to order to achieve our goals! The yogurt has a tangy taste while the ranch brings it together with the garlic and dill taste making it a delicious savoury and healthy ranch dip!
I also want to note that regular ranch dressing is not the enemy! We can enjoy everything in moderation <3
HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?
For this recipe, you can basically follow the expiry date on the yogurt container that you purchased. I use mine up pretty fast as I have a lot of salads so I keep mine in the fridge for about 7 days! Be sure to store it in the fridge in an airtight container and use fresh spoons if you’re making a fresh batch to scoop it out to avoid spoiling it fast!

I’ve loved being healthy for many years but I honestly had no education or knowledge on how health worked for my body. I recently learned how calories work and what kind of movement works well for me and incorporated it into my lifestyle! I’ve lost a total of 54lbs so far and it’s swaps like this high protein ranch dip that has helped me a lot daily! I love my sauces and dips but little did I know how much it would steer me in the wrong direction!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups High Protein Greek Yogurt
- 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet (28g of ranch seasoning)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add in your Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning.
- Mix everything well together.
- Serve, eat and enjoy!
