Halloween is such a fun holiday for both kids and adults and I don’t know about you but I love slowly getting into the Halloween mood!
One of the ways I do that is by starting to watch Halloween Movies usually starting in September. I’m a big scaredy-cat so I generally don’t watch anything horror, gore or scary in general. This Ultimate List of Halloween Family Friendly Movies is legitimately everything that I watch closer to Halloween!
Do you like horror movies? Do you watch them all year round or just near Halloween? I’d love to know!

For these movies, I included in my list, I included movies from Netflix , Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ but depending on your region, you may not have these movies available! You’ll just need to do a quick Google search to see where you can watch these movies.
I’m based in Canada so most of these movies will be available in Canada! If you have a VPN, you’ll be able to change your location to Canada to see what I’m seeing! I often switch over to the US and look through American Netflix.
I don’t have cable so I rely on subscription services for shows and movies. It’s awesome that I have so much to watch!
Do you use a subscription service like Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime Video? Or do you just search for the movies online?
