HERE IS HOW TO MAKE EASTER VEGGIE TRAY:
WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?
So, this isn’t really a recipe to follow but I love the arrangement of veggies to make eating vegetables fun for kids and picky eaters! My husband only really eats a few different vegetables so in my tray, I decided to only cut up some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Everything is from the produce section of my local grocery store but you could also pick up some fresh items from the farmers market!
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
The vegetables I use for this cute easter veggie tray are:
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Carrots
- Ranch or any dipping/dressing of your choice!
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
The equipment I use for this of course is a knife, peeler, and cutting board to cut up all the veggies. I also use a big bowl to wash my veggies thoroughly and a nice wood board to arrange it!
CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?
OMG, yes 1000000 times yes! Make this veggie tray however you’d like it! Of course, keep the carrot and broccoli to create that carrot shape but surrounding the carrot can be an assortment of colorful and your favorite vegetables!
HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?
Just like raw cut veggies, it’s best eaten fresh but if you have leftovers from a gathering or party, you can store these in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. You can also make it into a stir fry if you’d like! YUM
INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS EASTER VEGGIE TRAY?
