HERE IS HOW TO MAKE EASTER CHOCOLATE BARK:
WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?
You can find the ingredients to make this yummy easter bark from your local grocery store! It’s only 3 ingredients which we LOVE here! You’ll need some pretzels for the salty base, chocolate of your choice! I swirled both milk and white chocolate for this and also some easter sprinkles or candy! All of these items should be available during spring or closer to easter!
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients to make this delicious and cute easter snack are:
- Mini Pretzels – I use mini pretzels!
- Your favorite chocolate – I normally love dark but I thought to try white and milk marbled together for this!
- Easter candy or sprinkles! I used pastel sprinkles and easter candy pieces for this!
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
You don’t need much equipment for this which we love but you’ll need some bowls and a spoon to melt the chocolate in and also a tray or container lined with parchment paper! Parchment paper is guaranteed to make it easy to peel and break so I always rely on it! Other than that, not other equipment is needed! Yay for easy recipes!
Here are some of my favorite Amazon kitchen finds!
CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?
For this recipe, there isn’t very much to substitute or add in as it is super simple but if you’re a frequent reader of the blog, you know I love to empower everyone to have fun and tailor recipes to their own tastes! Here are some creative ways to alter this recipe!
- Use any chocolate you’d like! – white, dark, milk or even a mixture of them all!
- Add in some chopped nuts like pistachios, almonds, peanuts, walnuts etc
- Add some flavouring to the chocolate like cinnamon or maple
- Add in some chopped dried fruit
- Add in other salty elements like crushed ritz or saltines
WHAT DOES EASTER CHOCOLATE BARK TASTE LIKE?
I am a huge fan of chocolate bark because of its sweet and saltiness! I love the cranch from the pretzels, the sweet creamy chocolate and sugary crunch on top from the easter sprinkles! If you love this easter chocolate bark recipe, take a look at my other holiday barks!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?
Since technically all the ingredients are non-perishables items, if you keep an eye at the expiration date of your products, you can follow that for how long it keeps for! I generally finish my barks within a week of so and just have a piece for dessert after dinner or as an afternoon pick me up! I recommend storing in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days! Luckily, this recipe is so easy to make that you can even just make small batches often so it’s fresh!
INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?
I honestly love making chocolate barks and make them all the time. I love the combination of sweet and savoury so these chocolate barks are a no brainer. I love having these as a pick me up in the afternoon with my morning coffee or even as dessert after dinner! I knew that an easter themed chocolate bark would be the cutest!
