Biscoff is my ultimate favorite cookie! I first tried biscoff when I was flying Westjet going to Mexico for my honeymoon in 2019. This was their airplane cookie at the time and when I had this, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Although my honeymoon was so fun, I knew I had to pick these up when I went to the grocery store as soon as I got home!
Fast forward, 5 years later and I’m still obsessed with biscoff cookies until this day! I even make delicious Biscoff Oat Cold Brew any chance I get!
Biscoff, with its distinctive caramelized aroma and rich, buttery taste, takes center stage in this overnight oats creation. Combined with the creamy goodness of oats, yogurt, and a hint of sweetness, this recipe promises a breakfast experience that feels more like a treat.
These Biscoff Overnight Oats offer a balance of convenience and indulgence, setting the tone for a deliciously energizing start to your day. Get ready to wake up to a morning treat that’ll have you looking forward to breakfast every day!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE BISCOFF OVERNIGHT OATS:
WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?
You can find the ingredients for Biscoff Overnight Oats at various locations:
- Grocery Stores: Visit the breakfast aisle for oats, and the dairy section for yogurt or milk. Biscoff spread might be found with spreads or in the international foods aisle.
- Specialty Food Stores: Some stores specialize in unique or international foods, offering a wider selection of Biscoff spread and other specialty ingredients.
- Online Retailers: You can purchase Biscoff spread, oats, and other ingredients online, offering convenience if specific items are unavailable locally.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
The ingredients to make Biscoff Overnight Oats are:
- Rolled Oats
- Chia Seeds
- Greek Yogurt
- Almond Milk
- Lotus Biscoff Spread
- Lotus Biscoff Cookies
- Sweetener (Optional)
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
The equipment you need to make these biscoff overnight oats is very little! All you need are mason jars, measuring cups, and spoons! That’s it! 🙂
CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?
You sure can! I generally use almond or oat milk for my overnight oats however, you can use any milk that you prefer to adhere to your dietary needs. I don’t love my breakfast too sweet so for this overnight oats recipe, I did not add any sweetener! The biscoff cookie butter spread is enough for my taste buds!
If you want this to be a little bit sweeter, you can add a little bit of honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup! I use plain greek yogurt for extra protein but you can use whatever yogurt you’d like! Vanilla Greek yogurt is a great sub if you don’t like plain and want the overnight oats to be a little bit sweeter!
Aside from these, you can add some vanilla protein powder for extra protein, any nuts, fruits, or other ingredients to customize it to your liking!
WHAT DO BISCOFF OVERNIGHT OATS TASTE LIKE?
Biscoff Overnight Oats offer a delightful flavor profile:
- Biscoff Spread: Infuses a caramelized, buttery taste with hints of cinnamon and spice, adding richness and depth to the oats.
- Creamy Texture: The oats, combined with yogurt or milk, create a creamy base that complements the sweet and indulgent taste of the Biscoff spread.
- Subtle Sweetness: Offers a satisfying sweetness that isn’t overwhelming, providing a balanced and delightful morning treat.
HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?
Biscoff Overnight Oats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. However, it’s best to consume them within the first 24-48 hours for optimal taste and texture. It is very easy to make so making it the night before doesn’t take too long!
INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?
I work from home and I often struggle to enjoy breakfasts! I love savoury foods but honestly, can’t be bothered to prepare something savory in the mornings. I dabbled into the world of overnight oats back in college and forgot about it a little bit lately!
Food is fuel and I wanted to make sure that I was fueling up myself for the day. Biscoff cookies are my favorite cookies ever so I knew that Biscoff overnight oats would be a breakfast I would look forward to eating every morning!
ANY OTHER NOTES?
Yes! So, the photos you see throughout this post may not look like what you’ve made at home! I layered the biscoff cookies, spread, and the oats mixture throughout the jar in the mornings. In the recipe, it’s completely fine to just mix it! If you want your overnight oats to look like my photos, you can create the overnight oats base in a bowl then in the morning assemble it in a mason jar and layer the crushed cookies and spread throughout!
Another note is that if you want your cookies to be as crunchy as possible, you may want to omit adding a lot of crushed cookies into your overnight oats mixture and just add them right before you eat them! I like the soft cookies so I add some in the mixture as well as before I eat because the more biscoff the merrier!
